First at Upmarket is an initiative to give new creatives a helping hand and provide support for their first Upmarket. Held in Hackett Hall, this incubator concept launched in 2021 to encourage new creative small businesses to test the market and has since been very well received by both customers and retailers.

Glass in all its forms has always intrigued Donna Di Bartolomeo of d squared glass art. Donna draws inspiration from natural elements to create bespoke glass art including dishes/plates, jewellery, and art pieces, and enjoys the process while learning more about the medium every day. Each piece is carefully considered before its start, with colours, glass styles and the firing process all forming part of the design impact.
